Ken Hampshire (Colorado)
Ken is a successful digital entrepreneur, a dietary supplement formulator, and a type-2 diabetes and nutritional expert.
Ken has co-owned and managed a 100-cow, 650-acre dairy operation in Tuscola County, Michigan. He also founded and operated Gold Heritage, Inc., a $2M/year numismatic investment company.
Ken brings a vast range of sales and marketing experience to Star Farm Alliance. He recognizes the importance of thinking “big,” and bringing together a team of talented people to accomplish a goal.
He enjoys writing, is a Master Gardener, and has a keen interest in religion, politics, and local issues.
Randy Hampshire (Michigan)
Randy is a fourth generation farmer. He is the current owner/manager of Hampshire Farms, a 240-acre family farm in the Thumb of Michigan that has been in the family since 1896. Hampshire Farms has been Certified Organic since 1988, and is currently in transition to Biodynamic certification.
Randy works closely with local farmers, Michigan State University, and with the Michigan state legislation to promote the ideals of Certified Organic farming. He is also the founding member of Daily Grind, a cooperative of local organic farmers bringing healthy whole foods to local markets.
A master engineer and machinist, Randy brings decades of experience in land management, harvesting technology, and organic marketing skills to the table. His perspective as a farmer and devotion to the ideals of honest, healthy practices in agriculture and food production are invaluable to reaching the goals of Star Farm Alliance.
Danyell Harris (Colorado)
Danyell has been a project manager and administrative assistant in several industries ranging from finance to agriculture. She also taught high school math to diverse populations for 12 years.
Danyell is a dynamic problem solver and communicator who finds innovative solutions to common problems. She brings her enthusiasm for organization and creativity to Star Farm Alliance in order to promote excellence within the evolving hemp community.
Growing, creating and marketing organic hemp and CBD products is a natural extension of her personal fascination with sustainable practices, herbal remedies, social issues, and personal development.
